Time-Out biscuits at N.C. State? Theyre entrance Dining

Carolina fans might shortly be saying red.

A long-beloved Chapel Hill establishment is expanding in to rivalry turf.

Time-Out Restaurant -- the 24-hour, 365-day-a-year corner that has been portion up duck and cheddar biscuits for 32 years -- will open nearby N.C. State University this spring.

The grill has had the share of celebrity over the years, featured on the Travel Channels "Man v. Food" and in an AT&T Wireless blurb starring UNC basketball star Tyler Hansbrough last year.

Owner Eddie Williams pronounced he has been operative on the space at 3001 Hillsborough St. in Raleigh, that was before the Big Kahuna, given the commencement of the year.

The second store comes after steady requests from business and people in the grill industry, Williams said.

"I"ve gotten so most people asking about my judgment that I said, "If you think it will work in alternative places, lets try.""

If the NCSU grill is a success, Williams pronounced he might cruise expanding to alternative college towns.

The new grill will be embellished in NCSU red instead of Carolina blue. But Williams pronounced hes anticipating his constant Chapel Hill fans will understand.

"My mother and I went to Carolina and we"ll regularly be Carolina fans," he said. "But we wish to see if this works. We positively goal so. ... I"m praying all will be fine."
